Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Fordship

That your Lordship will direct immediate payment to your Petitioners of the sum of $22,063.79 awarded to them for the loss of their Pier under the Praya Reclamation Ordinance 1889 and the Praya Wharves and Piers Ordinance 1893 which sum is now held in trust for your Petitioners by the Government of Hongkong.

That your Lordship will direct such other relief to be granted to your Petitioners as to your Lordship shall seem meet.

And your Petitioners will ever pray, &c,
